Snickerdoodles
1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups unbleached flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt

CINNAMON SUGAR COATING
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
All the ingredients you need to make these yummy cookies (other than the cinnamon sugar topping! :)
Mix together the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Chill dough for a few hours.
The dough before it was chilled.
Roll dough into walnut-sized balls, roll in cinnamon/sugar coating, and then place on greased cookie sheets.

2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Chips

In a large bowl, combine cocoa and baking soda; blend in 1/3 cup melted butter. Add boiling water; stir until well blended. Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining butter. Add flour, vanilla and salt.



Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool.

I enjoyed making "Yummy No-Bake Granola Bars"!
5 cups crispy rice cereal
4 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup raisins
1 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips
Combine cereal, oats and raisins in a large bowl.
In a small saucepan, heat the honey and brown sugar to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
Pour this over the cereal mixture and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.

Divide up and press into two ungreased 9x13-inch baking dishes. Cool. Cut each pan into 24 bars.

Those look yummy! Thanks for sharing the pictures and recipes Amanda, hope you can sell alot at the craft fair. I did that before selling jewelry and only made around seventy dollars, where twenty of that went to renting a table. I hope all do much better! :)
