Last Days in Arizona

The LORD gave us some very special times as a family the last extra week we had in Arizona. We got to do some fun things that we wouldn't have had time for otherwise. It was a very special, yet sad week - to know we were leaving all the special people and the music was such a privilege to do for the LORD, and it was sad to be completing that too... but it was also time to come home, so we spent our last week doing some fun family things.
Dad and Mom got to go out for a special dinner with a couple they knew years ago.
We so enjoyed being able to spend 2 afternoons with this family. We were greatly blessed.

The little ones loved having an afternoon to play at the park! :) Sam, in the slide.
Mom and Amanda, watching from the park bench

Greg was such fun, climbing up with the children, and trying the monkey bars and slides with them!

What a blessing to have these little ones in my life!! They add such joy to our family.

Siblings are the best friends a girl will ever have!!

Several of us got to go miniature golfing one afternoon

Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. ~Ecc. 4:9
It was such a blessing to have Mr. Krell along with us the whole trip.

Emily is an amazing photographer!
Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. ~Prov. 27:17
Grandpa and Grandma had us over to dinner before we left, and there was plenty of time to read relax as a family.

Sharing pictures and special notes with Grandpa and Grandma

The Children's Museum was a highlight for all the little ones! One of Sam's favorites was the police gear!

Walking around the museum

Discovering the eyeball up close!

Leah loved the phone in the "Vet Clinic" section.

This was also a highlight for Sam - to explore an ambulance they had out there! :) He even got a sticker badge from them.

The LORD blessed us with a wonderful time to build relationships and enjoy each other. This verse sums it up, I think:

"But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation. I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me." ~Psalm 13:5-6

May the LORD richly bless and refresh you with His presence. May He make His way clear to you as you seek to draw near to Him.

Through Christ Alone,
~Dani
