Planting Asparagus

Have you ever planted asparagus? We hadn't, but today was our day! :) The first step was to mark where we were going to dig the trench.

We had a small audience... :) Peepers, our Canadian goose was just staring at us. :)


Becky collected worms and made her own worm farm.
Leah and Dani went to borrow Grandpa and Grandma's wheelbarrow.

All in all, we had a fun time together as a family. It was a beautiful morning, and a perfect day to plant.

    Neat! It is so fun to do activities as a family, and what a wonderful thing to do during that time. ;) My grandparents' have some asparagus plants, which they seem to have enjoyed. I hope you get a good crop from them! ;)
